Romana is a certified kickboxing coach and personal trainer, a professional kick boxer, she is no stranger to competitive sport she has an impressive number of titles in 9 year term as a kick boxer including BFKBA British champion 2001, WKA European Champion 2003, WKA world champion 2004,WKU international champion 2005, WKA world champion 2006 to mention a few. She fanatical about fitness and constantly on the look out for the next fitness challenge.

Jamie Bodkin

Jamie Bodkin


Jamie is a Master personal trainer and has been a kick boxer for more years than not, he won numerous titles including World Light Contact Champion and current WKA European Light Continous Middle Weight Champion before making the smooth transition into the world of boxing, training with one of UK’s finest Mike Carney at Fitzroy lodge, Jamie is the current London boxing Champion.

James Bower

James Bower


James is has been involved in competitive Muay Thai fighting for over 8years, a qualified and practising PE teacher, he completed a BSc Sports science and Life Science and has harnessed all his skills effectively in the fitness industry. An IKFF and RKC qualified kettlebell instructor, James holds workshops around London and internationally.

Key Skills/Interests: kettlebell coach, Ju-Jitsu, Pakour (free running), plays national league basket with Gloster Jets.

Michelle specialises in Tae Kwon Do, and has won various competitions in Australia at national level, a master personal trainer with 15 years of weight training and body shaping experience, Michelle specialises in helping people to overcome their own obstacles by making positive decisions to influence their fitness levels, a surf riding enthusiast, she has competed in many surfing competitions and follows a very simple ethos of who dares wins!

Yvonne has worked for Holland and Barrett health food stores and at London based Cranks, who were leaders in pioneering vitality and health for forty years. Here Yvonne developed the nutritional integrity of the products and provided input into the best-selling Cranks recipe books.

As a senior Nutrition Consultant at The Food Doctor, Yvonne spent a few years practicing in their west London Holland Park and City clinics and managing the corporate clinical services and speaker series, as well as supporting the food product side of the business with her many years of food knowledge.

Yvonne runs her own nutrition, food and complementary health consultancy ‘ Foods For Life’ and has a regular clinics Surrey and at Harley Street.

Yvonne Bishop-Weston now has clients from all over the world including Switzerland, Germany, France, India and Saudi Arabia. She is a tutor at The Institute of Optimum Nutrition and regularly appears on ITV’s GMTV, BBC’s The One Show, BBC challenge ‘the truth about food’ and in the National Press.

Qualified in BSc Nutrition and Dietetics Elizabeth will also assist with nutritional workshop delivery, a qualified personal trainer she specialises in motivational techniques and coaching, Elizabeth guarantees that exciting and rewarding training enables you to reach the goals you want, and believes variety is vital in any exercise programme to ensure general wellbeing. She will work alongside the trainers to ensure the weekends run smoothly and will be on hand to solve any problems.

Kelly Shaw - Camp Co-ordinator


An advanced personal trainer, Kelly is known for her boundless enthusiasm and energy she loves all aspects of keeping fit and promoting a healthy lifestyle and is always looking for opportunities to share her knowledge, extensive skills and endless energy with others to help them adopt/maintain/improve and enjoy a healthy exercise regime. As a key part of the support team, she will work alongside the trainers to ensure the weekends run smoothly and will be on hand to solve any problems.

Gina Papadopoulos

As a celebrity personal trainer, Gina is often jetting round the world with some of her clients who wide spread from Greece to Qatar. An advanced personal trainer, she combines empathy with strong interpersonal skills her versatile approach to fitness training makes her a key part of the support team and She will work alongside the trainers to ensure the weekends run smoothly and will be on hand to solve any problems.
