Our park fitness training sessions offer a chance to get fitter and healthier in the great outdoors – whether you're new to a fitness program or an avid fitness fan looking for something that is different to your same old routine!

Get together with a group of like-minded people to embark on an outdoor fitness program offering you fitness instruction combined with motivational training and nutritional support to see a fitter, healthier you in no time – and it will be fun too!

Benefits of the Great Outdoors

A recent study carried out by the Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry, in collaboration with the European Centre for the Environment and Human Health (ECEHH), found that outdoor exercising results in an improved mental state of well-being; compared with exercising indoors, exercising in natural environments leads to greater feelings of revitalisation, higher energy levels and a more positive sense of engagement, whilst reducing symptoms such as tension, anger, poor concentration & depression.

It also statistically proved that people exercising outdoors are more likely to continue with training!
