Run throughout the year and across London and most of England, Fat Attack offers weight loss and fit camps for groups –regardless of age, ability, agility, aspiration or area.

For an intense weight loss programme when you want it, our Group Boot Camps are second to none. You can train when you want, how you want, with who you want – and for any amount 
of time between one day and two weeks.

Our Boot Camps


Our boot camps are led by world-class trainers who will work with you at both group and individual levels, ensuring you get just the right amount of intensity to burn fat and feel fighting fit.

Your diet and well-being will be taken care of too as we have a nutritionist and sports therapist on-hand to offer nutritional advice, remedy any aches or pains and help you achieve your ultimate fitness goals.

With the usual mix of assault course, kettle ball training, circuits, resistance, fell running, climbing, tyre challenge, tug of war and more, that our Winning Weight-loss Weekend Boot Camps offer, our Group Boot Camps provide added flexibility.

You decide who you want to go to the ‘fit farm’ with, (minimum of 15 people per group), when to exercise (boot camps are run throughout the year), how long you want to exercise for (fit camps are run from one day to a fortnight, and everything in between), and where you want to workout (anywhere in England).

With each Group Boot Camp, you will get first-class training, private accommodation, carefully planned meals, food and water, as well as specialist advice.
