Fat Attack’s aim is to get fit and help you stay fit.  Following on from your attendance at a Fat Attack boot camp, you will receive a fitness programme to take away and use to establish your routine at home.  

You will receive full telephone and email support for any fitness related enquiries and sourcing and we offer a complimentary one to one home personal training session with a selected and approved personal trainer.

Keeping up the good workWe provide you with meal plans and a full information guide on how to manage your weight and can offer discounts for one-to-one sessions with our Fat Attack Nutritionists.

We can arrange a one-to-one session on site or you can request a call back to discuss specific issues relating to ongoing health and fitness requirements- i.e bridal to be training, post natal training or sports conditioning

And of course if you so wish you can come on another weekend boot camp to keep you the good work!
