All full day boot camps are mixed open to everyone and all fitness abilities, with training sequences that will significantly enhance your fitness levels and promote fat loss when undertaken on a regular basis.
 
Based in Sussex and within easy access from London and the South East including Surrey, Kent and Essex, our one day boot camps offers training that fits round your business schedules.

A great kick start back to fitness our one day camps are reminiscent of what a typical day will include on our residential weekends.  You can enjoy a full day of outdoor fitness ways from the stresses of work and everyday life with a group of likeminded people.

For less than the price of 2 hours of personal training, get an ultimate fitness day packed with over 5 hours of training with world class trainers.

Our one day boot camps are opened to groups including corporate, sports and social, you are welcome to come along to any advertised one day camp or contact us to arrange a day for just you and your team.
