sussex fat attack basicRun throughout the year in Sussex and Essex at selected residential venues, 'Fat Attack' weekends provide a kick start to healthy weight loss & your fitness routine.

To ensure that your valuable holiday time is not swallowed up in speeding up your metabolism and accelerating your fitness regime and additionally partners are on-hand to help care for your dependents, we run our programmes uniquely from Friday afternoon through to Sunday late afternoon. All our venues are cherry picked to allow the shortest commute and access whether by car or train from London and the neighbouring home counties.

The Training

Each training session runs for 45-90mins, with each course as challenging as the next, activities can include: pad work, running/ interval training, kettlebell training, endurance circuits SAQ, circuit training, tabata, core training, resistance training steep step running, assault course, swimming, tyre challenge, biathlon, stretching and more.

These core sessions are intense and have been designed with the sole purpose of dramatically increasing your fitness, burning fat and improving your muscle tone to result in an improved level of stamina and fitness ability by the end of the weekend that you can continue to work upon after departure.

All training is conducted by The Fat Attack Team, a select group of both male and female instructors who are uniquely all Advanced Fitness Professionals and WORLD CLASS FIGHTERS.

No strangers to combat style intense training and competitive discipline, all our trainers are first aid trained and qualified in injury prevention and the art of safe exercise delivery. Each of our Camp Co-ordinators are experienced Sports Therapists to ensure that any knots or niggles can be dealt with straightaway.


Fat reduction that works

Fat attack applies and offers specialist workshops in BioSignature a science-based revolutionary method for losing fat, which will also help to boost your energy levels. Developed by world-renowned strength coach Charles Poliquin, it is entirely non-invasive and uses skinfold thickness testing to give insights into a client's hormonal balance. For example, excess fat storage on the thighs can be due to oestrogen excess, and this can then be targeted with nutrition and supplementation. BioSignature analysis is an excellent tool for creating individualised, highly effective fat loss plans.
